AIDSMark is a 10-year cooperative agreement funded by USAID, managed by Population Services International (PSI), designed to mitigate the global impact of the HIV epidemic through the social marketing of HIV prevention products and services. AIDSMark has provided technical assistance and funding opportunities for HIV interventions in PSI countries since 1997 and will end in late 2007.

Government of Zambia Launches Delayed Debut Campaign
The government of Zambia’s “Real Man, Real Woman” HIV/AIDS prevention campaign was launched on May 11, 2007. The campaign is based on AIDSMarks’ regional Delayed Debut mass media campaign. PSI's Zambian affiliate, the Society for Family Health (SFH), worked with the government and the National AIDS Council to launch this campaign. [more]

Expanding and Diversifying HIV Testing and Counseling: Findings from the Field
With over 40 million people worldwide live with HIV, of which less than 20% in low- and middle-income countries know their status, HIV testing and counseling is widely regarded as key to effective prevention and treatment efforts. PSI presented at a Horizons- sponsored panel discussion which examined the use of different strategies for expanding HIV testing and counseling services in resource-constrained settings. [more]
